Terms of Service

By booking a service, using our website, or creating an account with Auto-Docs Mobile Mechanic LLC ("Auto-Docs"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Auto-Docs provides mobile automotive repair and maintenance services throughout the Greater Phoenix, Arizona area. Our technicians travel to your specified location — residential, commercial, or roadside — to perform the services you book.

We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion, including but not limited to safety concerns at the requested location, vehicles requiring specialized equipment not carried in our service van, or areas outside our current service coverage.

Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or by text. Same-day appointments are subject to availability.

You agree to provide accurate vehicle information (year, make, model, and a description of the issue) when booking. Inaccurate information may affect our ability to complete your service or may result in additional charges.

Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and that there is a safe, reasonably flat work area at the service location.

All pricing is provided upfront before work begins. The price quoted is the price you pay — no hidden fees.

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and contactless payments.

Additional charges may apply if the actual work required differs materially from what was described at the time of booking, or if additional parts or labor are needed. You will be informed and must approve any additional cost before work proceeds.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time by calling or texting (623) 383-4773.

Late cancellations (less than 2 hours notice) or no-shows may result in a service call fee of up to $35 to cover technician travel costs.

All labor performed by Auto-Docs is warranted for 30 days from the date of service. Parts installed carry a minimum 90-day warranty, or the manufacturer's warranty if longer.

Warranty coverage is void if the vehicle has been tampered with, involved in an accident, or improperly maintained after service. Warranty service must be scheduled through Auto-Docs and performed by our technicians.

Auto-Docs is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, issues unrelated to the service performed, or damage caused by the customer's failure to maintain the vehicle properly.

Our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You are responsible for ensuring the work area is safe for our technicians. This includes but is not limited to: adequate lighting for evening appointments, a level surface, and safe access to the vehicle.

You must disclose any known hazards associated with the vehicle (fuel leaks, damaged electrical systems, etc.) at the time of booking.

You must be present or have an authorized adult representative available during the service appointment.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Auto-Docs Mobile Mechanic LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
